About Keighl

Keighl.com was founded, surprisingly, as an accident. I decided to give web programming a shot just for fun; it was creative, it was scientific, and it was interesting. I built Keighl.com originally as a joke-portal into the lives of my friends at college. However, I found there was much more to websites than what you see on the page. I realized that the Internet, and the applications that drive it, are in fact essential tools for interaction ... I mean it's how people communicate nowadays. That's what brought me into the 'art.'

I am now a senior at Ithaca College, in New York, studying rhetoric. However, I devote a giant portion of my endeavors to web development. In the past years, I have collected various experience in the field, and can boast some real success. I lived in London for a short stint redesigning a prominent health site, and trying my luck at search engine marketing.

Currently, I have been working primarily supplying websites for small businesses and people on Cape Cod, my homeland. From my experience in the industry there is far less consideration to the goals of a business's website than is optimal. Subsequently, I embrace the idea that with close attention to detail and relevancy, a well constructed web presence can supply positive difference for any business. People will find you on the Internet; I can make sure they find you in the right way.
