TAQ

After five years, TAQ (pronounced 'tack') has come a long way. It's arrived to hold a special niche on Cape Cod ... jazz for people who like music. The band consists of four college students who reconvene each summer to perform throughout the upper Cape. Classifying their sound is difficult with ordinary semantics; TAQ is a medley of jazz influences, from bebop to Brazilian, and the only word that could possibly encapsulate it would likely be: versilmulative. Or, truly improvised.
