Halloween Kids Fest

From the fine folks who brought you Harvest of Horrors, Halloween Kids Fest is tamed version of the famous haunted house … geared for children and families. The design follows that thread, in that it’s is significantly less vicious than it’s evening counterpart. For Halloween Kids Fest, I created a clear layout to provide easy navigation to the information parents care about. Is it too scary? No. How much? Only one pint of the blood. Just kidding.

The site is driven by a WordPress backend which enables the staff to make quick news updates, and control the content throughout. It’s developed in a manner, as well, that promotes more organic search engine traffic (SEO-ed), and that is appealing to automated event aggregators out there on the internet.
